Firefly ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use Firefly's website, client apps, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information: When you register, we collect the contact details (such as an email address) and account credentials needed to identify you, manage your subscription, and provide support.

Payment information: Firefly accepts USDT (TRC20), WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Payments are processed by the relevant payment channel or blockchain network — we don't store your card numbers or wallet private keys. We retain only the transaction records necessary for reconciliation and support, such as order ID, amount, and timestamp.

Support records: When you contact us via Telegram or another channel, we keep a record of that communication to follow up and improve our support.

Client diagnostics: To troubleshoot connection issues and detect abuse (for example, a subscription being resold or shared at scale), the client app may collect connection status, node selection, and app version. This is used to keep the service stable and accounts secure — not to analyze which sites you visit.

What we don't collect

This matters to us: Firefly does not log your browsing history, the sites or apps you access, your DNS queries, or the content of traffic that passes through the Service. We see ourselves as a connection, not a record-keeper of what you do with it.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, detect and prevent account abuse (such as a leaked subscription getting a node blocked), and meet legal obligations where required.

Sharing information

We don't sell your personal information. We may share necessary information with third parties only: to the extent required to process a payment (e.g., the payment channel itself); in response to a valid legal request, court order, or government demand we're able to verify; or with your explicit consent.

Website & cookies

The Firefly website currently doesn't use third-party analytics or ad-tracking tools, and doesn't set cookies to track visitor identity.

Data security

We protect your connection from being identified or interfered with using an IPLC dedicated line and the VLESS + Reality protocol, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data such as account credentials and payment records. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Data retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. After account closure, we delete or anonymize personal information we no longer need within a reasonable period, except where the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can reach out anytime via our Telegram channel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you.

Children's privacy

Our Service is intended for adults. If you haven't reached the age of majority where you live, please don't use the Service or submit personal information to us.
