Welcome to Firefly. By accessing or using our website, client apps, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Description of service

Firefly provides a network acceleration service that helps users reach the internet reliably. We offer client apps for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android, along with node subscriptions.

Account registration & security

Some parts of the Service require an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately via our Telegram channel.

Plans & payment

Current plans, pricing, and data allowances are shown on our pricing page. We accept USDT (TRC20), WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Except where required by law, all completed payments are final and non-refundable. We don't offer a free trial; new users can use a published discount code for a discount on their first purchase.

Acceptable use

When using Firefly, you agree not to:

• Resell, rent, or share your account or subscription with unauthorized third parties;
• Attempt to circumvent, probe, or interfere with our nodes, client apps, or access controls;
• Use the Service for any activity that violates the laws applicable to you;
• Abuse bandwidth or generate malicious traffic in a way that disrupts service stability or other users.

Violating these terms may result in your account being throttled, suspended, or terminated, without a refund.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nodes may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control, including third-party network interference.

Intellectual property

The Firefly website, client software, and related content (including branding, copy, and interface design) are owned by or licensed to Firefly. You may not copy, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, along with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
